Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us (Peppers-Garden , peppers-garden.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the withdrawal form available on our website, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Returning the Goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- The supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
- The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
- The supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery
This withdrawal policy is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Peppers-Garden
Die Geschichte und die Idee hinter PeppiPaste
Peppers-Garden ist eine Herzensangelegenheit, die auf den Erfahrungen mit unserem vorherigen Hund Pepper basiert. Pepper war ein Seelenhund, der unsere Familie 10 Jahre lang begleitet hat und uns durch viele Höhen und Tiefen zur Seite stand. Leider erlitt Pepper durch einen Autounfall schwere Verletzungen. Dabei zog er sich beidseitige Beckenfrakturen und schwere innere Verletzungen zu. Wir kämpften unermüdlich um seine Genesung, und in dieser Zeit entstand auch die Idee für Peppers-Garden.
Die Kraft der Natur
In der PeppiPaste
Ich bin Melanie, die Person hinter Peppers-Garden. Bin Herbalistin und Naturheilkundlerin mit Leib und Seele und ich wollte Pepper auf natürliche Weise unterstützen, besonders weil die starken Medikamente, die er erhielt, zu blutigem Durchfall und Appetitlosigkeit führten. Zudem war seine Darmtätigkeit durch die nötige Ruhigstellung beeinträchtigt. So entwickelte ich in meiner Kräuterküche die PeppiPaste, eine spezielle Kräuterpaste, die Peppers Appetit anregen, seine Verdauung unterstützen und den Durchfall stoppen sollte. Die Paste sollte zudem sein Immunsystem stärken und seine Selbstheilungskräfte aktivieren – und natürlich auch schmecken!
PeppiPaste
Immer im Herzen
Die PeppiPaste erfüllte alle diese Anforderungen. Pepper akzeptierte sie, sein Appetit kehrte zurück, der Durchfall verschwand, und seine Knochenheilung wurde unterstützt. Nach sechs Wochen Ruhezeit und der vollständigen Heilung der Beckenfraktur konnte Pepper wieder ausgelassen im Wald umherlaufen. Alles schien sich zum Guten zu wenden, doch dann erlitt er eine schwere Bauchfellentzündung aufgrund eines Behandlungsfehlers. Trotz intensiver medizinischer Behandlung und drei Operationen verschlechterte sich sein Zustand, und letztendlich verstarb Pepper nach der dritten Operation, da sein Herz nicht mehr wollte! Er schlief friedlich ein.
Peppers Verlust hinterließ eine große Lücke in unseren Herzen, aber er bleibt für immer ein Teil unserer Familie. Um sein Andenken zu ehren und anderen Vierbeinern zu helfen, habe ich Peppers-Garden ins Leben gerufen. Meine Vision ist es, mit der PeppiPaste und anderen natürlichen Heilmitteln glückliche und gesunde Vierbeiner zu unterstützen, damit Peppers Geist und sein unermüdlicher Kampfgeist weiterleben können!
